in any human-made device or system, as far as i knew there is no such thing as 100% reliability. it means once in a while the device or system can be failed (or deliberately be shutted down for maintenance). for instance, a power generator could be failed and the electricity for a city could not be delivered. it happens in new york in a hot summer...it happens in indonesia as frequent as people sneezing

how about this universe? what happens if the sun could not light our earth for one day? what happens if in one morning i wake up and the sun does not shine?

how reliable is the universe?
